The production of fibreboards from straw

Our Chinese client was considering making building materials from straw. Dried straw was to be pressed to form fibreboards which were then to be used in, amongst other things, house building. The thermal drying system was built after a small-scale pilot project had been undertaken. The system successfully dries the fibres (which have a low density and variable moisture content!) to create a homogenous material.
